Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, monitor new trends, and provide proposals for category development;
- Track sales performance, carry out regular analyses, and make data-driven decisions;
- Build effective cooperation with suppliers, optimize commercial terms, and conduct price negotiations;
- Plan product assortment, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with sales plans;
- Plan and oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns;
- Collaborate closely with other departments (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to achieve category objectives;
- Manage product groups within the category and develop growth and development strategies;
- Prepare monthly and annual category reports and present them to management.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field;
- Foreign languages: English – good level; Russian – desirable;
- Advanced MS Excel skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and teamwork abilities.
